American Top Team West Pines is one of the newest branches of the American Top Team family. ATT is one of the most active MMA (“Mixed Martial Arts”) teams in the world. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is more than just a sport. It’s more than a martial art. It’s a way to change your life. Our program is designed to improve confidence and social development as well as teach the value of hard work and persistence.
We are currently offering programs for Teens & Adults, At our location, we focus on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)and MMA (Tuesday & Thursday) with more classes coming soon. Conveniently Located at AMP Fitness, which includes full use of their workout equipment.
